Dr. Dan Dalton, P.h.D. C. Psych
President
Dan is the President of Dalton Associates, and has spent more than 30 years providing psychological assessment and treatment to adults, families, youth and children with special needs.

He is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, practicing and supervising in Counselling Psychology services throughout Ontario. His professional career includes: 15 years as the Director of Clinical Training and Dean of Adlerian Studies for the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Ontario, and 11 years as the Coordinator of Special Services for the departments of Psychology, Social Work, Speech and Language Pathology, and Child and Youth Counselling within the Halton District School Board.

Carl Dalton, MSW, RSW
Chief Executive Officer
Carl is the Chief Executive Officer of Dalton Associates. Carl holds a Master of Social Work Degree and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Carrying on his father’s legacy, he brings over two decades of clinical and business leadership experience in education, mental health and addiction fields. Throughout his career, Carl has learned that the key to providing comprehensive services for a community's or organization's complex needs is through collaborative interventions that emphasize quality services, clear outcomes/goals, communication, and mutual respect.

Michelle Goldsworthy, MSW, RSW
Director of Operations & Privacy Officer
Michelle holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, bringing over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience to her role as the Director of Operations for Dalton Associates.

As a social worker and as a leader, Michelle's focus is trifold – fostering a positive, inspiring work culture that emphasizes capacity sharing and professional growth; the provision of exceptional, safe, and effective mental healthcare for clients; and the development of sustainable, community-centered mental health services and programming. Within the scope of her role, Michelle oversees Dalton Associates' services with a focus on client-centered, innovative care, and as the organization's Privacy Officer, ensures the organization is adhering to the highest standards of privacy, security, and confidentiality as health information custodians.

Candice Thornton, BSc
Director of Administration
Candice brings over 18 years of experience in healthcare administration and leadership to her role at Dalton Associates.

As Director of Administration, Candice ensures the operational effectiveness of human resources, IT and technological systems, marketing and communications, and administration, which includes specific focus on information and data management, policy development and implementation, and workflow. As a retired Regulated Health Professional, Candice is clinically minded and passionate about creating systems and pathways that facilitate exceptional, client-centered care.

Dr. Natalie Frost, C.Psych.
Director of Clinical Mental Health Services
Natalie is a Clinical and School Psychologist who provides psychological services for preschoolers, children, adolescents, and adults.

She obtained her Master's and PhD from the University of Windsor and is a Registered Psychologist through the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. As a practicing clinician, Natalie performs diagnostic psychological assessments for mood and behavioural concerns, learning difficulties, attention difficulties, developmental delays, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), trauma, and complex clinical profiles. In her role as Director of Clinical Mental Health Services, Natalie is responsible for oversight of our clinician roster, and leadership over planning, coordination, management, monitoring, and evaluation for the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality mental health services.

Carobeth Zorzos, MA, C. Psych, BCBA
Director, Launch Behavioural Health & Quality Assurance Officer
Carobeth is a clinical psychologist and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, and a member of Dalton's Clinical Leadership Team.

Carobeth is the Director of Launch Behavioural Health – Dalton Associates' specialized clinic for children, youth, and adults affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Carobeth has worked with children, youth, and adults disorders since 2001. Carobeth is also the Quality Assurance Officer for Dalton Associates, ensuring that our clinical services are sound – this includes both regular and ongoing review of our clinical practices, as well as an annual quality assurance audit of clinical files to ensure safety and standards of care.

Kathi Janusiak, MA, C. Psych Assoc

Kathi is a Registered Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.

Kathi is a member of Dalton's Clinical Leadership Team, providing insight on new developments, programming, and clinical treatment options, and provides consultation for complex or unique clinical matters. Kathi has worked mainly in private practice and has over 20 years of experience providing assessment and treatment services particularly in the context of WSIB and Public Safety Personnel clients. Kathi provides a full range of psychological services (diagnostic assessment and treatment) to those experiencing various disorders including chronic pain, depression, PTSD, OCD and specific phobia.

Jennifer Welsh, BA
Program Manager
Jen is the Program Manager for Dalton’s Public Safety Personnel (PSP) programs, focusing on providing culturally-attuned services to PSP clients.

As a retired police officer herself, Jen uses her direct experience working within the PSP sector to give voice to the clients and ensure that our programs are reflective of the needs of the clients. Jen is responsible for several large-scale projects and manages our dedicated Care Management Teams to ensure the program are delivered according to their respective goals. Additionally, Jen is Liaison on Dalton Associates' First Responder Advisory Council, which is comprised of First Responders from various professions including: police, paramedics, firefighters, etc., who ensure the quality of our services and care for PSP remain exceptional.

Yelena Joëlle Chorny, MD, MSc, MBA, CCFP(AM)
Senior Advisor, Clinical Strategy and Innovation
Yelena is a physician leader who works to improve substance use and mental health care through innovation and collaboration.

Before joining Dalton, she held senior medical leadership roles in mental health and addiction services, where she developed new care models, implemented measurement-based care, and championed trauma-informed practice. She is experienced in designing and expanding services to fill important gaps, strengthening outcome measurement, and creating workplace cultures that support staff development and resilience. As Senior Advisor, Clinical Strategy & Innovation, Yelena helps Dalton look ahead to emerging trends and turn them into strategies that keep services responsive to changing needs. She works with the leadership team to guide the organization’s direction and foster new ways of delivering care so that services remain accessible, effective, equitable, and sustainable.
