Anytime, day or night, clients can reach a trained Care Manager to help de-escalate, assess risk, and connect them with urgent support.

Whole-Family Access

Services extend to all members of the household, because supporting your people means supporting their whole lives. Currently, about 37% of our Dalton Care Central clients are family members.

Online Wellness Portal

Not ready to call, or looking for additional support? Our online wellness portal is available 24/7 on any device, with resources for mental health, nutrition, sleep, substance use, and more.
